Villa Maria Lisboa is a beautiful modern property that has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday.
The villa has been styled to a high standard and really does have the wow factor. It has a great entertaining area, inside and out. The pool and gardens are beautiful. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and stylishly appointed. This is a perfect set up, especially if you have children.

WHY KIDS LOVE IT
Alongside having space to play in tropical gardens and a shared heated pool, a kids pack is provided with books, crayons, pencils, glue and beach toys.
- There at the resort a kids club program is in operation during July and August - please request further details on booking.
- Note a small fee for childcare items including cribs and extra beds.
- There is a garden playroom with pong table and snooker .There is private access to the beach, a 5-minute walk.
- There is a bedroom with 3 beds, ideal for a nanny sleeping with younger kid.

Minimum stay: 3 days. Childcare items including cribs, high chairs and extra beds may be subject to a supplementary fee and may not always be available so please request in advance at time of booking.
- Daily cleaning service included Monday-Friday.
- There are no stair or pool gates.
- Note that one bedroom has doors to the garden and 3 other rooms have doors to a balcony.
- The balcony is child-safe but young children may need supervision.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
The residence is in the 800-acre estate of Quinta do Lago in the Algarve. It borders miles of unspoilt golden sand beaches, the Atlantic, pine forests and some of the best golf courses in the world.
- Other attractions include horseback riding, tennis, 2 busy shopping malls, 2 miles of golden beaches, a fine selection of restaurants and nightclubs, and 3,000 hours of sunny blue skies each year.
- It is 20 minutes’ drive from Faro Airport, and 2 hours from Lisbon and Seville, Spain.

This 5-bedroom villa is part of a collection with shared facilities. It has an open plan living and dining room, leading to semi-covered terraces with a BBQ.
- There is a fully fitted kitchen and guest bedroom with balcony on this floor.
- Above it there is a master bedroom suite and second bedroom suite both with balcony.
- The lower floor has a bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool, along with a bathroom, children’s room and laundry area.
- All bedrooms besides the children’s room and living areas are equipped with TV and air-conditioning units.

- The property is bright and spacious with heat-saving tiled floors, white and off-white walls and a double height entrance.
